The Noliana Home began with a personal journey that became a calling.

When my grandmother was diagnosed with Dementia Alzheimer’s, I wanted to ensure she had the kind of care that honored her life and her dignity. That search led me deeper into senior care, where I served as Director of Memory Care. In that role, I witnessed both the challenges and the opportunities within the industry — and I realized I wanted to do more than simply work in the system. I felt called to bring something greater.

The Noliana Home was founded with that vision in mind: to be a place where care feels personal, support feels genuine, and families feel they have a true partner. Our goal is to stand not only as a provider, but as a meaningful member of support for our community and their loved ones during a difficult time of transition, ensuring that every day is met with respect, compassion, and trust.
